August 2012

The US Holiday continues on to DC - a great chance to catch up with the extended Schuster Family. It was great for Ryan to meet his Cousin Hank - who was a great little Host who shared his toys.   A few of our favorite shots below.

Paging Dr. Ryan - those are supposed to go in our ears not your mouth!

Ryan eating Hank's block - with cousin Kiedis in the background.  Hank giving Ryan the grand tour of his old baby bouncy chair.

Ryan off to visit the Zoo - lots of sunscreen and a floppy hat to beat the heat!

Uncle Kregg and Aunty Kristin rocking there matching Gap T-Shirts - a very Korean thing to do is for couples to wear matching T-Shirts!

The Shots above are from a day out to see the Monuments - a lot of walking and lots of water to keep hydrated.   It was nice to spend time exploring the Capitol City.

A nice dinner out - Ryan enjoyed the attention of sitting at the head of the Table.

Our last night in DC - a BBQ party with the Family.

Time to hit the road and Head back to Olean - our journey is fast approaching an end.  It proved to be a whirlwind tour totaling over 3000 miles roundtrip.   Ryan was a trooper to hang in there - Shima was also able to log a few hundred miles as the Driver.

A nice lunch with Great Aunts' Lori and Betsy.

Ryan helping get us packed for the return trip to Seoul.   He did extremely well again on the long flights - well behaved without any crying fits.

Ryan home in Seoul for a quick bath and rest - because he had to help Mommy pack again for their trip back to KL to celebrate the Hari Raya Holiday.

Yes, we do agree Mommy is the Boss!

Mommy and Ryan checking in for the flight back to KL - and Ryan is still living with his Parents.

Ryan enjoying being back in the city of his birth - KL.  He would be logging some more road miles as there were plenty of Mommy's Relatives to visit.

Ryan wearing his very first Baju Melayu for the Raya visits.  In the one photo - you can now clearly see all of Ryan's new teeth - he went from having his bottom two teeth to now having 4 teeth on top and 4 on the bottom.

Ryan visiting Shima's Grandfather's House - it was a great photo to show the 4 generations.  Shima's Grandfather, Shima's Mother, Shima and Ryan.

Ryan with his Great Grandmother from Shima's Father's side.

Ryan catching some Zzzzzzzzz's after a long few days of road trips.

Ryan making one last visit with Mommy's friends before coming back to Seoul to see Daddy after being gone for 2 weeks.

Mr. Holywood catching a final walk with Grandma and Grandpa.
